Additional Rental Information
- We accept all major credit cards, US checks, Money orders, PayPal payments.
- There is no tax on rental fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
- In the case of unforeseen events resulting in cancellation on your part, the deposit will be returned only if we are able to re-book the house. Every effort will be made to do so.
- Guests are advised to purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance which should include cover for flights and holidays cancellation as well as medical care.
